(The brief)
Kidzink designs and builds educational spaces, architecture, interiors, and furniture manufacturing, all under one roof. None of it was connected. Designers manually hunted for models, hand-built quotations, and passed spreadsheets to a factory that had to restart every time. Hundreds of unique products. Zero system holding them together.
(What We Built)
A single pipeline connecting design to manufacturing. A cloud library of 700+ furniture SKUs with 3D models that plug directly into design software. One-click quotation generation feeding directly into the ERP. Automatic material lists and manufacturing setup. Regression models that forecast timelines, costs, and materials before a project starts.
(What Stuck)
Designers stopped searching and started designing. Quotations that took hours now take minutes. The factory gets clean data instead of guesswork. Kidzink can forecast project cost before the first drawing is done.
