(The brief)
Metal Fabrik makes custom metal finishes in the UAE. The craft was excellent; operations were not. Sales, projects, manufacturing, and finance lived in separate systems. As the company grew, gaps between systems grew faster, creating bottlenecks, duplicated work, and low cross-team visibility.

A full Odoo ERP implementation bringing everything under one roof. Sales flows into project management. Project management triggers manufacturing pipelines. Manufacturing connects to invoicing and finance. HR handles recruitment, payroll, and performance. One system. Every department. No handoff gaps.
(What Stuck)
Leadership now sees the whole company in real time. Teams stopped duplicating each other's work. Metal Fabrik gained an operations backbone as precise as the finishes they produce.
