Solar infrastructure near tree line

Sunlead is a US-based solar energy company. Their challenge was simple to state and hard to solve. Open-field panels lose efficiency when angles are wrong. Panels near trees lose efficiency to shade. The standard fix was cutting trees down. Sunlead wanted a smarter answer.

Algorithms that think like architects. A radiation optimization model to calculate the best angle and position for every panel to capture maximum sunlight year-round. A tree-aware placement system working around existing trees instead of removing them. A structured database underneath it all to store, process, and scale placement and performance data across projects.

Panels capture more energy without costing more. Trees stay standing. Sunlead now has a repeatable system that gets smarter with every field it touches.
