UTEC BY ULTRATECH
(The brief)
UltraTech wanted to bring professional design services to Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities in India. House plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models for INR 4,000 to INR 8,000. Architects could not produce quality work at that price using traditional methods.
(What We Built)
An AI-assisted design engine embedded directly into CAD workflows architects already trusted. Client requirements flowed from a structured web form straight into CAD. The system generated multiple layout options automatically. Architects selected and refined instead of starting from zero. We layered intelligence into the workflow: structural checks, Vastu validation, and light and ventilation analysis, all automated. Each approved design generated 3D models and performance ratings. Design at scale, without lowering standards.
(What Stuck)
Building on top of familiar CAD environments instead of forcing new software meant the system was actually used. We automated the boring checks, Vastu, light, and structure, so architects could focus on curation.
